Linda Goldstein is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC) headquartered in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. The mission of the organization is to foster the creation, expansion and attraction of business and industry in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry County. Before joining CREDC, Linda was a business development officer with Commerce Bank, a locally managed banking institution headquartered in Camp Hill, PA. She also spent five years with Governor Tom Ridge in the Department of Community and Economic Development where she created the Entrepreneurial Assistance Office and later the Pennsylvania Investment Technology Authority. She spent 11 years in the financial services industry as a financial consultant. Linda is a co-founder of the Athena PowerLink program in Central Pennsylvania, an initiative that provides advisory panels to women-owned businesses.

Linda was name one of the most 25 most influential women in Central PA by the Central Penn Business Journal in 2010.
