 Inclinator, Inc.

 The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Wister Street Partners, a real estate holding company for the facilities of Inclinator Company of America located at 601 Gibson Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA.  Inclinator Company of America expanded its production facility by 24,000 square feet at the current location.  The project is expected to help retain the company's 64 current employees and create another 10 - 15 jobs within the next three years.  

Journal Publications, Inc.

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Paxton Street Properties to purchase the UGI Building located at 1500 Paxton Street in the City of Harrisburg, in order to accommodate the expansion of Journal Publications, Inc. (JPI). JPI publishes Central Penn Business Journal, NJBIZ, and Central Penn Parent in addition to leading the Best Places to Work Campaign

RBS Fab Inc.

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to RBS Fab Inc. to purchase new equipment needed for fabrication operations at 230 North Hoernerstown Road, South Hanover Township, Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

Lapp Farm

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced it provided financing to John and Amanda Lapp to purchase an 80 acre existing dairy farm located in Lykens, Dauphin County, PA upon which the Lapps currently farm with a lease agreement. The project eliminates rent expense to the farm and provides the farmer the chance to build equity and stability for his farming operation.

Rock Solid Dairy

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Rock Solid Dairy, Inc. to purchase a 157 acre existing dairy farm located in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA. This particular farm contains a very modern milking parlor and herd barn with the most advanced milking equipment and automated systems available for monitoring and maintaining milk quality.

CBNHP

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Community Behavioral Healthcare Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) to expand their office facilities at Clover Hill Business Park, West Hanover Township, Dauphin County.
